I believe that the San Juan Islands hold some of the most beautiful places on the earth. I've been looking forward to the day when Sebastian would appreciate the experience of traveling out to the islands.
Bethany's wedding on Orcas Island was the perfect excuse to catch the ferry and enjoy the scenery.
Sebastian anxiously awaited his first ferry ride, and throughout the hour-long commute, he was on the move, exploring every inch of the boat. Sitting was certainly not an option, and by the time we reached our destination I found myself thoroughly exhausted.
