Making Gingerbread Men

I found a fantastic recipe for gingerbread cookies last year.  (It can be found here.)  I love the orange zest in these cookies.  Joel, on the other hand, prefers his gingerbread without citrus.  Since I'm the only one of us who has any interest in baking, and because I enjoy these cookies immensely, our gingerbread men will continue to have orange.

We iced some features on a few of our gingerbread men.  Sebastian, who loves to create and design, of course enjoyed this.  You can see how focused he gets, and how intently he works by his lack of response to my questions.  I included a video at the end, and apologize for how limited the view is - it was taken with my phone.
