Long weekends are wonderful. I love to spend these days lounging around the house, catching up on whatever I've managed to fall behind on during the busy work week. This past weekend I spent a considerable amount of time doing laundry in my sweats.
February is so dreary in the northwest. The rain has not ceased in days. I especially enjoy the comfort of being home when it's cold and wet outside. Curling up with a cozy blanket, a good book, and a warm cup of tea always makes my heart happy.
By Monday, Sebastian and I hadn't left the house in two days and cabin fever was beginning to set in. We were all relieved when Joel suggested an afternoon in Bellingham. Rocket Donuts is one of Sebastian's favorite establishments. How could it not be? There's a giant rocket out front, and the inside is space themed! Donuts + rockets = Sebastian's dream come true.
Sebastian, on the other hand, could spend days in these shops running through the aisles.
